I am Bram and I am 32 years old. Born and raised in Noord-Brabant and completed my studies MER and Real Estate. I worked as a rental broker in Rotterdam and The Hague. Then my wife and I decided to move to Cape Town and that led to my position at 4Exchange. I live in Vredehoek and enjoy all the diversity that Cape Town has to offer, the mountains, the ocean, the winelands and the city itself.
What can you expect from me?
Within 4Exchange I am responsible for finding the best suitable student room for you. I will give the best options based on your wishes, budget and location in relation to your internship. When you are in Cape Town, I am also the designated person for any questions or comments about accommodation, car hire and sports.
As 4Exchange was started by a student for other students, we are fully focused on what students expect, want and seek. From the start 4Exchange has been focused on sustainable relationships, guaranteeing quality. This is based on internship companies, accommodations and activities. In addition, 4Exchange also provides an experience around the internship by taking care of activities, a welcome party and weekend trips. This way you learn more about South Africa and you get to visit places where we also go. 4Exchange is also a big support for all our students. With 24/7 emergency telephones, a high level of accessibility and the flexibility to act quickly, we are ready for you.
Best thing about your work at 4Exchange?
The best thing about my work is taking care of an unforgettable time for students in Cape Town! I know from my experience how the studentlife in Cape Town is like and I want everyone to experience it.
Must do for students in Cape Town:
The absolute must-do for students is making the best use of the diversity in and around Cape Town. Use this to discover yourself in a new environment so that you can use this for your own development in the future. Cape Town shows you how to be happy, what you can achieve and what kind of life you want to lead!
