Each apartment offers space for three students, all of which have their own bedroom, 1 bedroom en suite. There is a spacious living room with an attached kitchen, ideal for chatting with your housemates after an day at the office or University. The bathrooms are equipped with shower and toilet and both apartments have a small outdoor area. Free parking is available on both sides of the complex.

The main street of this district is located at the bottom of the hill and offers you a wide choice of supermarkets, shops. restaurants and bars. A fantastic location to spend your time in Cape Town!
